Yebra sentenced to 50 years, $10,000 fine

According to information provided by the 69th District Attorney's office, Javier Yebra was found guilty of the enhanced felony of aggravated assault. That was the ruling on Wednesday in the 69th District Court of Moore County. The same group of jurors who found him guilty sentenced him to 50 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
District Attorney David Green said Yebra was charged in the assault of a 20 year old Cactus woman just over a year ago.
