If you havenít been to the libraries in Moore County lately you might not know we have a very large collection of DVDs and Blu-rays available for check out with your library card. If you do not have a library card, you will need to bring a valid photo identification card with your current name and address and a piece of mail postmarked by the U S Postal Service with your name and your Moore County address on it. For children between 5 and 16 years old they must have a Responsibility Statement form signed by a card-holding parent or legal guardian. For students to use their school library cards, they must also have a parent or legal guardian come in and sign the Responsibility Statement form. Residents and property owners of Moore County are issued cards without charge. Non-Residents of Moore County will be charged a onetime $10.00 fee for a card. If you have lost your card, replacement cards are $2.00.
