The Dumas Demons played their final scrimmage Thursday, Aug. 19 against the Palo Duro Dons. After a sluggish start the Demons won the controlled scrimmage 21-14 and won 7-0 in the live portion.

Brayden Boggs-Rushing looked good on both sides of the ball. Victor Chavez also had some great catches. The Demons have looked focused and ready for the upcoming season.

The Dumas Demons open up the regular season Friday, Aug. 27 in Plainview against Wichita Falls Rider. Dumas will be considered the home team. Parking will be on the west side of the field. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.

Dumas will see its first home action of the regular season on Sept. 3 when Lubbock Estacado comes to town. That game is also Wall of Honor Night and Little Cheerleader Night.  The Demons will travel to Plainview on Sept. 17 before playing host to Randall for homecoming on Sept. 24.
