The Dumas Demon varsity basketball opened their season in an impressive fashion, dominating the Sanford-Fritch Eagles 104-50. Tuesday, Nov. 15. The Demons averaged 26 points each quarter, as they never let their foot off the gas, scoring 100 points for the first time in 17 years.

The Demons jumped on the Eagles from the jump, quickly jumping to an 18-0 lead. The Eagles avoided being shut out in the first quarter getting on the board past the midway point of the quarter. Dumas outscored Sanford-Fritch 27-10 in the first quarter.
