High school coaches, as well as student-athletes, were anxious and excited to get back to work after several weeks of no physical contact due to COVID-19.

The summer strength and conditioning program began on Monday, June 8 and will run through Thursday, July 30. There are three sessions to accommodate all of the high school student-athletes beginning at 7 a.m. Dumas Junior High School coaches are conducting their own program at DJHS.

All 10th through 12th grade boys in all sports reported at 7 a.m., Monday, while the girls session began at 9 a.m. for all sports. All freshman boys and girls in all sports reported to Demon Stadium following the girls session. The sessions run Monday through Thursday.
